I can’t tell you how much eating a clean diet has supported my health. Sometimes I feel like I’m preaching to the choir when I go this route, but is MATTERS, alot.
Remember how much change we saw in just a few short weeks in this post? Granted, conception and pregnancy wasn’t the goal for this person, but a lifestyle change was paramount to the success of that one life. And that one life will now positively influence and contribute to many other lives-simply because there is Life, right?
For those of you who are working toward pregnancy, now is a great time to start cleaning up your lifestyle. Some think they need to start cleaning up the food they eat. True, this is very true. But it goes deeper than that.
It matters what we eat, who we surround ourselves with, what our environment is like, who our partner is and the conditions in which we live-it all matters. Making a lifestyle change means taking life one step at a time (unless you’re a go-cold-turkey kind of gal) until you’ve reached the goals you have set, whether that be good health or pregnancy or both.
Having done lifestyle modification with families for years, I have seen women achieve pregnancy once they take care of their diet and supplement their bodies with the essential missing nutrients. It’s amazing.
