We all *think* about bringing lunch to work.
We *know* it is healthier for us.
We *know* it will save us money.
And then we tell ourselves “I’ll start tomorrow” and head out the door knowing full well you’re going to pay way to much for something less than healthy when it comes to the lunch hour that day.
Repeat lines 1 – 4.
But that’s not you — you’re different. You take on the challenge when you know it’s beneficial to your health.
So you start by reading my blog post on Easy Take-to-Work Lunches today over at Natural Fertility and Wellness and instantly feel at ease knowing you’ve started the week out on the right foot.
The first thing you need to do is plan ahead. Sure, you could always open the fridge, dive in, and grab last nights leftovers, a boiled egg, and an apple and call it good, though you will soon be bored of that and will become disenchanted with the idea.
Grab your kids and head to the grocery store. Tell them you want to pack your lunch for work and you need some good ideas. Let them help and watch them get excited with this responsibility. Take it as an opportunity to educate them while they help you figure out how to put together easy take-to-work lunches.
Head on over to Natural Fertility and Wellness with a pen and paper and get going on your Easy Take-to-Work Lunches menu plan for the week.
