Tuesdays 5:15 pm – 6:15 pm
This class is ideal for those seeking spiritual growth as well as the opportunity to get fit, flexible and strong. Vinyasa is a Sanskrit word that means “synchronized breath and movement”. This class uses a mix of sun salutations, standing and seated postures, meditation, and breathing practices (pranayama) that energize the body and quiet the mind by using conscious breath (ujjayi) to flow dynamically from posture to posture through a variety of transitional movements. Teacher offers adjustments and alternative postures to fit all level of students.
Tuesdays 7 pm – 8 pm
Reduce stress and support your overall well-being. Slow down enough to simply be with your body, breathing and relaxing into the depths of silent presence. This class uses bolsters, blocks and other props to completely support the body in gentle poses, so you can enjoy all the benefits of a well-rounded yoga practice in an effortless way. Floor practice is followed by a short guided meditation and final relaxation.
Mondays 6 am – 7 am
The focus of this practice is to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit. We will accomplish this by going through poses sequentially. The sequence includes Sun Salutation A and Sun Salutation B, standing poses, seated poses, stretching, and Savanna. As we move through this sequence your body will warm and stretch while your mind comes into the present moment. This class is great for any level of yogi.
