Can you believe it’s already December? With the year winding down, it’s the perfect time to reflect on your health and wellness goals. Cold days don’t have to mean putting your self-care on pause!
I’m Arianna, and I’m here to help you feel your best as we move through winter.
Winter Wellness Tips
Here are 5 winter wellness tips I use to stay grounded, hydrated, and balanced during the chilly winter months—and how you can feel your best, too.
1. Hydration
Hydration is a key part of my winter wellness routine. We typically notice our thirst more often in the hot summer months, but it’s important to address hydration all year round! I always start my mornings with a large glass of distilled water. For an extra boost of support, I’ll add a pinch of sea salt or Celtic salt to my water to help absorption.

2. Stay Warm and Soothe Aches with Infrared
One of my favorite winter wellness tools has to be the Therasage Infrared Heating Pad. The warmth penetrates deep into your skin, tissues, and muscles, whereas traditional heating pads only heat the skin. This tool is great for targeting those deep aches and pains – it’s one that I’m sure to have on hand around my cycle.

3. Find Balance with Healy
Every morning, I run a Healy resonance analysis to check in with myself. Whenever I feel like I need a little boost, I’ll vibe those frequencies throughout the day to bring myself back into balance!

4. Create Time for Yourself
Winter is the perfect season to slow down and nurture your inner self. My morning routine includes setting aside some ‘me’ time for journaling. Snuggling up with a hot cup of Organo Coffee and my journal helps to bring me into a grounded state.
What’s your favorite morning routine? It might be time to create one if you don’t have one yet!
5. Balancing Circadian Rhythms
The days are getting shorter as we approach the Winter Solstice. Here are some tips to balance your circadian rhythms and enhance your sleep:
- Connect with Nature: Aim to be outside during the sunrise and sunset. The natural light helps set your body’s internal clock.
- Increase Daily Movement: Exercise can also help to regulate Circadian Rhythms. I like to combine these two activities by going on a walk with my pup, Rambo, as the sun begins to rise. I’m a sucker for a good sunrise/sunset!
Ready to Prioritize Your Wellness?
Winter doesn’t have to be a season of stagnation. With small, intentional habits, you can keep moving forward on your wellness journey.
