Ingredients

  • 8 ounces full fat coconut milk or So Delicious coconut milk beverage, but the full fat canned coconut milk will result in a creamier smoothie
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 sliced frozen banana (cut if eliminating fruit sugars due to its high glycemic index)
  • 2 scoops Standard Process nondenatured whey protein
  • 1 scoop Dynamic Greens kiwi-strawberry flavor
  • 1 large handful fresh baby spinach/kale you can use frozen in place of fresh
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • water to thin if needed

Instructions

  • Pour the milk into your blender.
  • Add the frozen raspberries and remaining ingredients.
  • Blend.
  • If too thick, feel free to thin it out with a little water and blend again.
  • Our girls like to drink this with a straw in our to-go mason jars, or occasionally with a spoon.
  • Caution: using straws may result in lots of slurping as your kiddos (or you, ahem) try to suck up every last drop!
