Smoothies and juices are such a hit at our house, I thought I’d spent Fridays over here sharing with you some of our favorites.
A fun play on words with Annie when she was little was the word Foozie. Her S’s didn’t come out so well, so when she wanted a smoothie, she asked for a Foozie, and we all absolutely loved it.
Along with fun words in that category came Fweaty and Hot (mama, I’m sweaty and hot), and Fwimming (swimming). I’ll never forget the sweet little face that came with that vocabulary.
This spinach apple smoothie “Foozie” I’m sharing with you today is simple, tangy, and sweet all at the same time, and oh, so refreshing!
With the ingredients being those we typically have around, it makes putting together a smoothie or juice really simple and quick.

- 1 cup cucumber chopped
