4. Verify your email address by following the on-screen prompts (if you don’t see it in your inbox, check spam folder)
5. Create your patient account by filling out the required fields
6. Sign in to the portal using your email and password you just created
7. Click the rectangle with our logo and accept the terms and conditions
8. Enjoy your online shopping experience!
