Preheat oven to 350˚ F
Line the muffin tins with paper liners, or grease tins with coconut oil
Combine all the dry ingredients
Combine all the wet ingredients
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones, and mix into a batter
Fold the diced apples into the batter
Spoon the batter into greased muffin tray
Bake for 30 minutes
