Grass-Fed Beef and Cabbage One Pot Meal

This is an easy and quick way to make something tasty out of onions, cabbage, garlic, and beef that everyone will love!

- 1-2 Tbsp lard or olive oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3/4 head cabbage chopped
- 1 pound grass-fed beef
Bring cast iron skillet to medium high heat with lard/olive oil.
When warm, add chopped onions. Saute until soft, adding more lard/oil as needed.
When soft, add in minced garlic, give it a quick stir, then remove onions and garlic to a plate.
Place the grass-fed beef in the skillet, brown.
Once browned, slowly add a handful of chopped cabbage at a time to the beef, stirring occasionally. Do this until all cabbage is added and beginning to wilt.
Add the onion/garlic mix and stir until warmed through and cabbage is soft.
Serve with fresh green salad.
