I created this beautiful berry purple passion smoothie a couple of weeks ago and I have to confess, I’ve had it every single day since! I’m completely addicted to it and I hope you will love it as much as I do!

Blueberries contain a ton of antioxidants and vitamins which make them a powerhouse against aging and disease. A handful of blueberries helps meet the daily requirement of fiber and contains only 80 calories and virtually no fat. Researchers have found that they may play a role in improving cardiovascular health, brain health, insulin response, and cancer risk reduction.
Blueberries are proof that good things DO come in small packages!
Purple Passion Smoothie
- 1 large handful kale
- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 scoop sunwarrior chocolate raw vegan protein
- 1-2 cups coconut milk
- I made this in a NutriBullet, but you can use any type of blender.
- Place kale in blender first.
- Section banana into smaller pieces and place in blender.
- Add chocolate protein powder
- Add blueberries
- Add walnuts
- Add coconut milk
- Blend until smooth and enjoy!....this one is pure heaven!
