My teeth and mouth care routine is obviously working for me. Yay! So I thought you might be curious what I do and use. It’s really not too complicated.
First, I do not use any fluoride products or drink fluoridated water. Fluoride is a neurotoxin and we are always working to reduce our individual toxic load, certainly not add to it.
My family loves Young Living Thieves toothpaste or Young Living kids toothpaste — I switch off between these two. (Shop Young Living here.)
For natural whitening, I use orange essential oil — I put one drop on my toothbrush with my toothpaste, as often as I remember. I don’t do this every time I brush.
My toothbrush of choice is the Norwex Silver Care toothbrush — the silver naturally inhibits bacterial growth and buildup and self-sanitizes.
I admittedly don’t floss as often as the dentist would like me to. I know I’m not alone in this!! When I do, I use Young Living Thieves floss.
When it comes to what I put in my mouth, I maintain a low-sugar (mostly grain-free and dairy-free) diet. I drink a lot of distilled water. And I leverage Nutrition Response Testing to help with heavy metal detox and parasite cleansing.
