Last week Dr. Josh Axe and Jordin Rubin were in town for a Beyond Organic event where Jordin took the stage to talk about the 5 easy ways to get clean protein into your diet. Everything about it was fantastic-from the raw cheese curds to the summer sausage and the raw protein bars and cultured whey. I loved that I got to catch a photo with him!
I find it so encouraging to see people transforming their health and the lives of those in their communities simply by educating them on a healthier way to eat. Being healthy isn’t difficult-the resources are all here-it’s staying committed with your eye on the prize of having high energy, good sleep and overall wellness.
There were lots of questions about dairy-what is the difference between Beta A1 and Beta A2, why it matters and how do we access these foods. The questions were coming from folks who are having trouble or have experienced issues with dairy and lactose intolerance.
