Have you ever been working with a client and you KNOW there is an underlying issue regarding their health concerns? Did you know muscle testing can lead you to that exact root cause, giving both you and your client peace of mind about what you’re dealing with? Imagine having the confidence in knowing where to start guiding your client.
25 years ago, and a newly certified Neuromusclar Therapist, I had this skill called muscle testing, but I didn’t really know how to use it. Yes, I could push on an arm, but I didn’t know why and I didn’t know what I was looking for outside of which areas of the body needed some work.
Not long after, as I watched a chiropractor muscle test my baby girl, it occurred to me that I could be doing more with muscle testing, but I didn’t know how. By that time I had been serving as a Birth Doula and Craniosacral Therapist for several years, and would find myself getting tired of offering the standard suggestion of “try going gluten and/or dairy free for a month and see if your (enter problem or concern here) changes.” I quickly learned it didn’t work for everyone and isn’t where some need to put their focus.
Knowing how to use muscle testing gives you knowledge and certainty to guide your clients as you walk alongside their health journey. The more you know and understand, the more you can steer the path toward a better and more positive outcome. After applying this knowledge in more ways than I could have imagined in my practice, it quickly became obvious to me that it was time to listen to my intuition and stop being shy about what I needed to teach.
It’s about creating a bigger impact, supporting each other as healers, and serving our clients on a deeper level. This is about leaning in, listening, and ASKING the right questions with your muscle testing.
It’s time to drop into your Heartspace, and join us for the Intro to HMT.
As a Heartspace practitioner, you’ll support clients in getting on top of their emotional and energetic well-being. You’ll see through tough client cases and know when to refer them on. By allowing the truth of who you are as a practitioner shine through, your clients will connect more deeply with you, your relationships will be built on trust and understanding, and you’ll no longer carry the burden of “making sure they get well.”
During the full-day session, you will have time to practice your new muscle testing techniques and experience what it’s like to be tested yourself.
