There is no doubt that migraine headaches are the most painful of headaches. They are definitely not your typical standard headache.
A migraine headache starts with the constriction of blood vessels in the brain, which is then followed by an expansion, which causes pain. Symptoms can include vision changes, mood swings, nausea, and dizziness. Migraines can be triggered by emotions, hormonal changes, food allergies, and oral contraceptives.

Food allergies and intolerances are the most common links to migraine headaches. Migraine sufferers are commonly intolerant of dairy products, wheat, eggs, oranges and monosodium glutamate (MSG). When allergic foods are removed, the incidence of migraines is either eliminated or greatly reduced.
Foods to Eliminate:
Caffeine, alcohol, dairy, wheat, eggs, MSG, oranges, artificial additives, corn, smoked fish, sausages, hot dogs, and all other preserved meats, pork, shellfish, walnuts.
Healing Foods Include:
blackberries, cantaloupe, beets, broccoli, carrots, celery, leafy greens and onions.

Healing Juices for Migraine Headaches:
Broccoli Carrot Juice
2 Carrots
1 Apple
1 Spear Broccoli
Push ingredients through juicer. Pour into glass. Drink immediately.
Beet Juice
2 Beets with greens
2 Carrots
2 Apples
Push ingredients through juicer. Pour into glass. Drink immediately.
