Nichi Hirsch Kuechle is a holistic practitioner serving clients both locally and internationally with a multi-faceted approach and transforming the health of women for over 20 years.

She founded the Happy Healthy Kids and Empower Your Pregnancy telesummits and My Healthy Beginning lifestyle magazine. Her first book, Adapt: Building Resilience and the Ability to Thrive, is due to publish in May. She splits her time between in-office clients and her remote coaching practice. Founder of My Healthy Beginning and the creator of the transformative virtual program, Expand Your Resilience, Nichi Kuechle is leading the change in raising up women who are devoted to their healing. The dynamic ripple effect is empowered women ascending and growing together.

As a renowned muscle tester and Psych-K facilitator, Nichi charges her clients to find their truest voice and OWN IT by cleaning up the subconscious mind of limiting thoughts and beliefs, providing deep healing and total self-love. Nichi’s foundational teaching is that diving in and doing the work and opening one’s heart to our own unique gifts and creativity is the ultimate blessing.

She’s spent ten of the last fifteen years pregnant or nursing (and loving MOST every minute of it) and running a brick and mortar wellness clinic with a staff of 10. Since having her third baby at almost forty, the only resolution Nichi has made is to allow herself a little grace with a side of cellulite.

When not serving in-office clients and her remote coaching practice, she lives with her husband and three children where they love to spend time both in the kitchen and outdoors exploring and adventuring together.
