Early pregnancy is the ideal time to begin implementing good nutrition. After all, you are growing a baby brain and that requires you up the ante to nutrient dense foods.
In this day and age we are busy mama’s, and though we are busy we commit to making the time necessary to produce food that is easy for the body to digest and that creates balance within your gut.
This might mean you’re the mom who purchases pre-cut/sliced produce at Whole Foods, fantastic healthy meals from their deli and fresh salads from their salad bar. It might mean you’re the mom who purchases in bulk and cooks everything from scratch. We each have our own idea of what being healthy looks and feels like, and in most cases we are always looking for ways to develop that knowledge.
There are plenty of resources for where you can get this information, and after over a decade of working with families and new moms on nutrition, I’ve got some free info here for you today.
Recently I did a tele class with early pregnancy nutrition tips to support moms gather information and I’ve made it available for you here.
