A few things to remember when choosing fish oils:
Steer clear of the stuff you find on the shelves at the big box stores and drug stores. You want nutraceutical grade.
You want deep cold water fish oil.
Start with something your kids will like — lemon flavored always works well here.
If you start when they are young enough, they grow up liking it because it’s always been what you’ve given them and it makes supplement use so much easier.
Look at the health goals you are striving toward and consider therapeutic doses if that feels right to you.
