6 Ingredient Breakfast Bar

One of the many complaints I get from people transitioning to healthy eating is they feel stuck in a run over the breakfast routine.  There are so many great foods to have for breakfast but it is tough to break away from those we’ve had as a constant.

Until now.

Most people like yogurt, but if you don’t, you could also use kefir or just plain milk (raw, please!) to pull off this tasty and colorful breakfast.

To set up your yogurt breakfast bar:

::slice 1 banana

::chop 1 cup strawberries

::2-3 cups yogurt, kefir, or raw milk

::chop 1 cup roasted walnuts

::set out 1 cup homemade or gluten-free granola

::shave up an ounce of dark chocolate

Put these items in a single bowl for each ingredient with a spoon.  For  our girls I set out cute parfait glasses at one end of the table so they could take their glass and move on down the breakfast bar!

Take a look at this video for a couple of my favorite ingredients.

Leave a comment below with what you would serve at your breakfast bar.
