Sports Massage, Swedish Massage and Pre/Post Natal Massage Therapy

From the Minneapolis School of Massage & Bodywork in 1998

 

 

I received my Doula Certification by North America DONA International in 2000.

DONA International has the highest certification standards for doulas worldwide.

 

 

I completed the Craniosacral Therapy Level I course at the Upledger Institute in 2002.

 

 

I became Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork from the National Certification Board  for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork in 2002.

 

 

I took Craniosacral/Myofascial Therapy Levels I-III in 2004 from Dr. Carol J. Phillips.

 

 

I became a certified Mother Venture facilitator by Mother Venture in 2006.

 

 

I received my FirstLine Therapy Educator Certification by Metagenics in 2007.

FirstLine Therapy is a personalized lifestyle medicine program centered on therapeutic lifestyle changes (TLC) such as healthy nutrition, nutritional products, exercise, and stress management.

 

 

I graduated in May of 2008 B.A. Communications, Business from the College of St. Catherine.
